Her debut film Super in Telugu along with Akkineni Nagarjuna directed by Purijagannadh. That year, she made another film Mahanandi, which was unsuccessful. The next year she did four movies. One of the four movies Vikramarkudu gives her a recognition in Telugu industry and she got a great popularity in Andhra Pradesh. Then she acted Astram a remake of Hindi film Sarfarosh, Tamil film Ruanda. Both movies are doing well in the box office.
